After 10 years of being one of the top sales associates,
Pat Stumbaugh decided to obtain his broker's license and open his own business. Millennium Five Real Estate, LLC was established in December of 2006.Our office is located at
616 South Sturgeon Street in Montgomery City, MO. We provide various real estate services to our client/customer base throughout Montgomery County and parts of Callaway, Gasconade, Warren and Audrain Counties as well. Our services include all types of real estate transactions including the buying or selling of homes, lots or land parcels. We offer State or Missouri certified residential appraisal services and assist in locating rentals for the individuals not ready to own.
